We make high-productivity development systems for building modern software.
Headquartered in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area and with customers in 17 countries, WaveMaker powers large enterprises and ISVs who are building API-driven, consumer-scale, enterprise-grade web and mobile applications and software platforms.
Our long history in creating software products for the global market gives us a deep understanding of what it takes to build and deliver ‘enterprise grade’ software to market on time. WaveMaker brings its experience to customers who want to be faster and better at the software they are building but have challenges: from bespoke user experience requirements to tough migration projects to perennial shortage of skills.
It was our mission to make software development more productive by abstracting out complexity and augmenting coding efforts. As software builders ourselves, we – and indeed our many ISV and enterprise customers – have felt the need for a development system that provides full stack acceleration with full transparency and access to coders. It was this that led to WaveMaker being acquired from VMWare in 2013 by the group company Pramati. Such rapid application development (RAD) tools, soon enough, came to be called "low-code" in 2014 by Forrester Research. Since then it has upgraded its technology platform to meet the needs of customers who want to leverage the latest web and mobile technologies along with AI to rapidly modernize their software and user experience.
